bangonline Dialup subscription Account

In subscribing to the bangonline service you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the the necessary means (equipment and telephone access) to access the dialup, Web and E-mail services.

2. All calls to our network are charges at '0845' rates which may vary between telephone companies. The cost of these telephone calls to our network will be charged to you by your telephone company and must be paid by you.

3. Our network and service may only be used for lawful purposes.

You agree that you will not use the service for transmission of any material which breaches any law or regulation, or which is defamatory, menacing, obscene, abusive or which breaches someones civil rights.

Nor will you permit or allow anyone else to do so.

Any breach of this clause will entitle bangonline to terminate or suspend the services.

You agree to indemnify bangonline against any claims brought by third parties resulting from the your use of the dialup, Web and E-mail services and in respect of any losses or liabilities incurred directly by bangonline as a result of your breach or compliance to any of these terms and conditions.

You shall pay all costs, damages, awards, fees (including any reasonable legal fees) and judgements awarded against bangonline arising from any such claims and shall provide bangonline with notice of such claims, full authority to defend, compromise or settle such claims and reasonable assistance necessary to defend such claims, at your sole expense.

4. bangonline will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of any of the products offered free as part of the bangonline sign up package including, but not limited to, loss of software or data or damage to hardware caused by any of the free products.

5. bangonlinewill endeavour to provide a fault-free service with regard to the free dialup account, Webspace and free e-mail address. We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted and fault-free and bangonline will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any interruption or fault in the provision of these free products.

6. By completing the electronic registration and/or by installing our software you will have been taken to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

7. bangonline reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notification to the subscriber.

8. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed to be in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
